Tubos Vibratórios

São tubos eletromágneticos que, além da descarga, também dosam o material. Seu acionamento é regulado por meio de caixa de controle, obtendo-se desta forma vazões de 0 a 100%.

Drive

VIMAG® electromagnetic vibrators are systems of two masses connected together by springs and which, when driven, oscillate so as to take maximum advantage of resonance properties. It should be explained here that resonance occurs when the natural frequency of the oscillating system and the frequency of the driving force (frequency of the alternating current supply) are similar so as to make the amplitude maximum.

In practice, the natural frequency of the system is tuned 10 to 15% above the drive force frequency in order to achieve the so-called subcritical operation.

This type of operation allows for great stability and low power consumption.

Notably, the most important property of VIMAG® vibrators is their complete controllability through control boxes consisting of a rheostat and a simple electronic circuit. This is done without scaling, which allows, in vibrating tubes for example, a complete regulation of the hourly capacity.
